Hung-Lin Fu (M’13) received the B. S. degree in Mathematics from National Taiwan Normal University in 1973 and Ph. D. degree in Mathematics (major in combinatorics) from Auburn University, Auburn, AL, in 1980. Currently, he is a fellow of Institute of Combinatorics and Its Applications, and a Professor of Department of Applied Mathematics, National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan (since 1988). His interests are graph theory, combinatorial designs and their applications.
